Students Build Tiny Home for a Veteran

The Ballston Spa Central School District is pleased to announce a partnership with the Malta VETERANS Appreciation Program to provide a home to a local veteran.  A tiny home was designed and has been built by High School technology students over the last two years. It has been moved to a permanent location in Malta for final installation and site work.

The Ballston Spa High School Technology Department hosted a brief ceremony on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 3:00 pm in front of the Ballston Spa High School to recognize the establishment of the partnership with Malta VETERANS Appreciation Program to provide a home to a local veteran and the completion of the Tiny Home Project.  The ceremony was followed by the opportunity to see the tiny home.  A formal ribbon cutting will be held on June 15th on site in Malta.
