Modified Spring Sports Registration
Registration for the Spring 23 season – Modified Sports - Now Open
Registration will be open from: February 27 - March 13 for Modified level sports.
- Be enrolled as a bona fide student in the BSCSD in grades 7-12.
- Complete Registration Process on FAMILY ID including submission of a record of a physical examination, conducted by the school or your personal physician. Physicals are good for 1 calendar year. In addition, the school physician must approve the student for participation.

Physical examinations for sports must be documented on the NYS Required Health Examination Form (https://www.bscsd.org/cms/lib/... ) Any physicals not submitted on the correct form will not be approved for Spring Sports.
Be sure you are registering for Spring 2023 on Family ID and not changing an old registration from a previous season.
Free physicals will be offered on March 1 at the high school nurse’s office. Please see the nurse to sign up.
Modified 9 and Modified level spring sports will start on Monday, March 27.
