For all students entering 7th and 8th grade & 6th graders New to the District
AUGUST 30th & 31st
Our district has been fortunate to develop, maintain, and expand our technology resources to ensure that our students can experience up-to-date instructional resources. Computer technology, and the internet, provide students and teachers with primary source materials and in a sense has become our modern-day textbook. Chromebooks are a required part of a student’s instructional program and so we would like to distribute them to students prior to the first day of classes. Please plan to visit the middle school during our Open House sessions and sign-out your student Chromebook.
CHROMEBOOK DISTRIBUTION WILL OCCUR IN THE MIDDLE SCHOOL CAFE DURING THE OPEN HOUSE SESSIONS
STUDENTS MUST HAVE RETURNED THEIR 2022-23 DEVICE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE NEW, TOUCH SCREEN, CHROMEBOOKS.
BSMS Open House & Chromebook Distribution:
- Wednesday - August 30th from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Thursday - August 31st from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
To our rising 6th graders who have BSCSD issued Chromebooks from elementary school - Please remember to charge the device before school starts!
