Registration Process
The Registration Packet must be completed and brought to the District Office along with the following required documents:
All children entering Ballston Spa Central School District, including those returning to the district, are registered at the Central Registration Office located at the District Office. Please follow these steps:

1st Step: Call 518-602-0256 or email to connect with Annelise Kavanaugh, the District Registrar.
2nd Step: Download, print and complete the following documents. Bring them to the District Office between 8:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday:

Free Breakfast and Lunch for all students (for you to read)

Household Income form (for state and federal program benefits your child may qualify for)
3rd Step: Tell us who you are and enter your family information into our Student Data Base, SchoolTool.
After meeting with the Registrar:

Elementary school families will be contacted by their school principal and provided a start date and their homeroom teacher assignment.

Middle and High School families will be contacted by the school's Counseling Secretary to schedule an appointment to meet their assigned School Counselor and create their schedule.

The Transportation Department will notify all parents of busing schedules.
