The Milton Terrace Building Leadership Team (BLT) is a K-5 shared decision making team focused on student achievement.  The BLT's membership is composed of parents, teachers, support staff members, and administrators.  Through an annual review of achievement data, current programming, and district goals, performance targets for each school year are selected.  From there, an improvement plan, with specific activities aimed at reaching the aforementioned targets, is implemented and monitored.
