Special education is specially designed instruction, individual or group, and specialized services and/or programs designed to meet the unique needs of student with disabilities. In accordance with state and federal laws and regulations, the Ballston Spa Central School District is committed to providing each student with a free and appropriate education (FAPE) in the least restrictive environment (LRE) in order to meet students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
