Staff Acceptable Use Agreement

All users accessing technology resources in the Ballston Spa Central School District are responsible for understanding proper procedures and rules. It is the responsibility of any user who does not understand any aspect of these procedures and rules to obtain clarification from their supervisor or the District’s Technology Support Services (TSS) office.

Student Acceptable Use Agreement- Elementary

 The smooth operation of computer resources relies upon the proper conduct of students. These guidelines are provided here so that you are aware of the responsibilities. The privilege of using computer technology in school may be limited at any time if a student fails to comply with district policy and regulations.

Student Acceptable Use Agreement- Middle School

Student Acceptable Use Agreement- High School

Contractor Acceptable Use Agreement

This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of contractors and governs access to District technology resources, including its network and Internet services. The privilege of using District systems may be revoked at any time for failure to comply with these terms.

Use of District Owned Equipment

Board members, officers and employees must complete this form to request the use of district equipment such as laptops, AV equipment, etc.
