Tuesday Feb. 25 - Admission to the Boys Varsity Basketball sectional game at Queensbury is $3.00. Children 12 and under are no charge.
Monday Feb. 24 - Open Gym for Softball is cancelled tonight.
Basketball at the MVP Arena - Friday, February 7th the Ballston Spa boys and girls varsity basketball teams will participate in the MVP Arena Challenge. The Ballston Spa Varsity Girls Basketball game is at 5pm vs Albany. The Ballston Spa Boys Basketball game is at 7pm vs Albany. Both games will be played at the MVP Arena. Girls Wrestling - On Thursday, January 16 we will be hosting the first ever girls wrestling home match at Ballston Spa. Ballston Spa vs. Averill Park 6pm in the High School Gym.
Girls Flag Football - Ballston Spa High School athletic program will be offering a varsity level girls flag football team in the Spring of 2025. Girls flag football is a Spring sport in NY State. Girls in grades 9 - 12 will have the opportunity to try out for the team starting on March 17th, 2025. All participants will sign up through the Arbiter sports student registration program. Girls Flag Football is a fully sanctioned interscholastic sport offered by the NYSPHSAA , Section 2 Athletics and the Suburban Council. Ballston Spa High School will play a 12 game Suburban Council League schedule. Teams will have the opportunity to play in the Section 2 qualifying tournament for the New York State Championships in June of 2025.
Girls Flag Football season start date: March 17th, 2025
Home games will be played on the stadium football field
Practices will be held daily on campus.
