Use of District Facilities

The Ballston Spa Central School District welcomes sharing its buildings and athletic fields with the community in a number of ways:

• Community Swim at the High School Pool
• Adult Fitness Programs
• BARC Summer Programs
• Use of buildings and fields by district-based clubs, organizations, and teams

Use of facilities by clubs and organizations within the District

To use district buildings and athletic facilities, an application must be filed and approved in advance.

The District uses MLSchedules online application to assist groups who are interested in requesting use of District facilities. Here are some helpful videos to get you started:

BSCSD employees: If you are submitting a request on MLSchedules to request facilities for school events/functions, you need to "Login with Google" on the website. 

Athletic Field Availability and Non-School Community Use

The District's athletic fields and facilities are available to non-school community teams when:

• The time/site/date does not conflict with district athletic teams and the fields have been deemed playable. 
• The district is accommodating non-school organizations on the athletics fields or in the district buildings. 

To request use of district buildings and athletic facilities, an application must be filed and approved in advance.
