Building Leadership Team
The Gordon Creek Elementary Building Leadership Team (BLT) is a K-5 shared decision making team focused on student achievement. The BLT's membership is composed of parents, teachers, support staff members, and administrators. Through an annual review of achievement and qualitative data, current programming, and district goals, performance targets for each school year are selected. From there, an improvement plan, with specific activities aimed at reaching the aforementioned targets, is implemented and monitored.
The meetings take place the first Wednesday of each month.
Meetings are from 3:30 PM-5:00 PM in the Gordon Creek library.
