Homework is an important part of this course. It prepares students for class by reviewing material from the previous class or introducing new information. Homework may not be assigned every day. Student are responsible to write the homework in their Agenda at the start of each class. If no homework is assigned that day then they should write “No Homework” in their Agenda. At no time should any day be left completely blank in the Agenda. In order to make sure we are all on the same "page" in regard to homework, here are some basic guidelines for you to follow:
Late homework will be accepted for partial credit. Once the unit test has been given, absolutely no late homework from that unit will be accepted
Parent notification of late or missing homework will include a red stamp which will be in the student’s Agenda for that day. Please check your child’s Agenda on a daily basis.
Homework is to be completed before entering the classroom.
Copying of assignments is unacceptable and will result in a zero for both students and other disciplinary consequences.
Be sure that your name is CLEARLY written on all assignments
