    Attention Ballston Buddies members.  There will be a meeting for all peer buddies Tuesday afterschool in room 305.  If you cannot attend the meeting, please see Mrs. Jones, Mrs. Albrycht, or Mrs. Bernd.

    Service Club is collecting toys at tonight’s dance!!  For every new, unwrapped toy donated, you will receive a coupon for free pizza or water!  Help us make this a wonderful holiday season for local families!

    Next week will be “Holiday Spirit Week” here at BSMS.  Each day will be themed and have a spirit challenge.  This Spirit Week will work just like they have in the past.  It will be a week-long grade level competition.  All those who participate will be helping their grade level earn a prize!  If you win holiday spirit for the day, you will get the Scottie Dog Trophy in your hallway.  If you win for the week, your grade gets a holiday party!  We are kicking off the week with Sports Day.  Wear your gear from a team you play on or your favorite sports team.  Remember, the dress code is in effect.

    Attention all Students & Staff:  The Green Team is collecting used plastic bags without handles.  Bags used for produce, newspaper or bread are appreciated and can be dropped off to the library.

    Attention 8th Graders:  The Hoffman’s Car wash fundraiser is underway!  All orders and money are due back to your math teachers by Friday, December 20th!

    Attention 8th Graders:  Students registered for the DC trip are reminded that FORM A (from the October meeting paperwork) is due back Ms. Hughes by Friday, December 20th.  English teachers have additional copies and the form is available on the trip website.

    Your Ballston Spa modified wrestling team dominated against the Bison from Shaker last night at home.  Max Gorman, Cameron Killion, Mia Collins, Atreyu Rickson, Brian Reffitt, and Kala’I Leahy-Makanani were just a few of the more than twenty victories.  Congratulations wrestlers.

    8th graders: Dodgeball permission slips are due back to Mrs. Brandt or Mrs. Bigelow tomorrow.  Please be sure all 6 team mates have signed permission slips and one team registration form is complete.  One representative should bring the team’s paperwork to room 301 during 8th grade lunch.

    The Modified wrestling team battled a tough Guilderland team last night.  Among the many winners were team captains Pete Siracuse and Emmett Hansen, also Teagan Morabito, Kyle Grevelding, Lucas Weeks and Hunter McIntyre all received victories by pin.  Your BSpa wrestlers will take to the mat at home this Wednesday at 4:15 against Shaker.
