Ballston Spa's Athletic Department is excited to announce the move to online registration for participation in interscholastic athletics through FamilyID for your convenience. FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our interscholastic athletic programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.
A parent/guardian MUST complete all medical questions. Both parent/guardian and student must read and sign the athlete code of conduct.
Any student who desires to participate in an interscholastic sport at Ballston Spa must first:
Be enrolled as a bona fide student in the BSCSD in grades 7-12.
Complete Registration Process on FAMILY ID including submission of a record of a physical examination, conducted by the school or your personal physician. Physicals are good for 1 calendar year. In addition, the school physician must approve the student for participation.
