The BSCSD Health and Wellness policy specifically requires that items provided to students at classroom celebrations be ordered through the district's food service provider:

10. Classroom Parties/Celebrations:

The BSCSD encourages and prefers the use of non-food items at classroom parties and celebrations. If food is going to be served, staff must arrange for it to be purchased by the parent/caregiver from and/or prepared by the food service company. No outside food or drink is permitted at classroom celebrations, including birthday and holiday celebrations.

Holiday / Classroom Party Food List (as of 10/2021)

Below is a list of available food items available for school parties and holiday events. Payment can be made by sending a check made out to BSCSD to the classroom. There is no tax. Please check with the teacher before ordering. Orders should include date, item requested, number required and the time they will be picked up from the kitchen.

The district Wellness Policy prohibits soda, candy, cookies, cupcakes, cakes etc. All orders MUST be received a minimum of one week in advance.
