7th Grade Orchestra is the second level of Orchestra in the Ballston Spa Middle School. Students play violin, viola, cello and String Bass.

Students continue learning the basics of rehearsal technique in a large ensemble 3 times a cycle. Students also receive weekly lessons once a cycle.

Performances include two concerts, a Winter concert in December and a Spring concert in May.

Students are encouraged to participate in the annual NYSSMA solo/ensemble festival in early May.
