A NYS P-TECH Program
The Clean Technologies & Sustainable Industries Early College High School (Clean Tech ECHS) will host the final 9th and 10th Grade Student Project Exhibition for the school year on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 9 AM-10:00 AM. Families, teachers, school counselors, administrators, civic leaders, and partners in business, industry, higher education, and non-profit agencies are invited to come see our future leaders present their student projects addressing real world issues.
Eighteen juniors in the Clean Technologies & Sustainable Industries Early College High School Program had research papers accepted by the World Food Prize New York Youth Institute, hosted at Cornell University on Friday, March 25th. The New York Youth Institute at Cornell University engages high school students on the biggest challenges facing people and the planet in the 21st century. It empowers students to research issues they care about, propose their own innovative ideas to solve grand global challenges and explore exciting ways to make a difference in New York and around the world. Throughout the day, students worked directly with food security experts to solve challenges around zero hunger, social inequality, and climate action.
