    Congratulations to the Class of 2021!

    Ballston Spa High School will host the Class of 2021 Commencement Ceremony on Thursday, June 24th, 2021 at 4 pm at SPAC.  Over 300 students are scheduled to cross the stage and receive their diploma during a traditional graduation exercise. Speakers include the class leaders, high school and district leaders and the Board of Education president.

    The ceremony will be available via livestream at https://spac.uscreen.io/pages/ballstonspa  (No username/password are required).

    Restrictions that were previously in place including masking, social distancing, COVID testing or proof of vaccination, and limitations on capacity have now been lifted.  Individuals who are unvaccinated should continue to wear a mask during the event for the safety of them self and others. Vaccinated individuals are certainly welcome to wear masks.

    NOTES FROM THE OFFICE: 
    Attention Students – The 2021-2022 Student Parking application forms are available to pick up in the Assistant Principal’s office or onlineThe applications must be turned in to Ms. Howard by August 6, 2021.  IF APPROVED you will be notified by email with the date and time you will be able to purchase your parking permit.  **Please note:  Turning in an application does NOT guarantee issuance of a parking permit.  Applicants will be contacted either way and a meeting with Mr. Moultrie may be required prior to approval.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ The parking permit fee is $15 (cash or check made out to Ballston Spa School District). 

    MATERIALS AND CHROMEBOOK COLLECTION INFORMATION
    Materials and Chromebooks will be collected Friday, June 18th through Wednesday, June 23rd. Please click here for specific details and dates/times for drop off.  If you have any questions regarding materials and/or Chromebook drop off, please contact Lawrence Moultrie, Assistant Principal at lmoultrie@bscsd.org or (518) 884-7150, Ext. 2355.

    Please return any overdue library materials as soon as possible. This includes books, loaner Chromebooks, and calculators (if you no longer need them). You may keep you own Chromebook and charger for the completion of classes. These items will be returned at a later date to be announced. Thank you!!


    We have a wonderful opportunity for our Ballston Spa High School students in grades 10-12 that is being provided by the four greater Capital Region Workforce Development Boards.  Career Jam Launch is a 24/7 accessible career expo with over 75 local employers and trade unions represented that will run from June 2, 2021 - July 14, 2021. By registering for and logging into Career Jam Launch’s virtual venue students will have the opportunity to see the diverse range of career pathways available for them locally as well access to internship and jobs opportunities. There will be opportunities for full-time, part-time, seasonal jobs and career internships to explore within Career Jam Launch.  

    To participate:

    • Register in 20 seconds, there’s no need for a password and your visits will all be anonymous,
    • Login at the same website with your school email provided at registration,
