Utilizing the entire pool, enjoy the benefits of an energizing, complete body workout.
A buoyancy belt will provide body stabilization during intervals of “lap running”, cardio-choreography and muscle strengthening exercises. 
This deeper water format allows for non-impact to the joints. No swimming skills required!
