The Ballston Spa PTA Council (PTAC) is formed by representatives and presidents from each of the PTA units in the Ballston Spa Central School District. In addition, representatives from the Superintendent's Office, the Board of Education, the teachers and the PTA region are part of the Council. This Council provides a resource for individual PTA units to share best practices, learn new ideas and communicate on district-wide activities.
Some specific activities coordinated by PTAC include Transportation Appreciation, awarding the Dr. Roger Gorham scholarship and Parent Development seminars. In addition, communication on multi-school activities is shared including Reflections, Parents as Reading Partners (PARP), School Clean-Up days, and School Pride Day.
