Beliefs and
Guiding Principles |
|
A wide variety of technological tools enable
us to better serve the diverse learning styles of our
students and thus
enhance their success as students and workers.
Professional development for current
educators and staff in the use and integration of technologies
is essential
for student achievement.
Technology is not an end in itself, but
rather one of the many tools used to achieve our overall
curricula and
instructional goals.
Skillful use of technology supports the
development of process skills such as flexibility, adaptability,
critical
thinking, problem solving, and collaboration that are essential to success in
this rapidly
changing information age.
The
appropriate technology will be made available to all students based on
curriculum and individual needs.
When new technology is acquired the means and
training to use it successfully and responsibly will be
provided. |
